Globe Home Broadband Plans 2016
Update: (LTE Homebroadband Plan 1299 with 10mbps and 50gb data allocation per month) pagkatapos ko magpaupgrade sa bagong plan ng globe nadouble ung data allocation ko pero after 3 months back to normal ng 50gb data allocation. Parang testing or Promo lng nila kaya lumaki ung data allocation pero babalik din yan sa normal 2lad ko. Sa throlling nmn Parang sa DSL lng ung 30% pero sa mga LTE 256kbps pag naabot n ung 50gb allocation. Ngaun bumalik n sa normal ang data allocation ko which is 50gb at throlled to 256kbps pag naconsume na.

Ito ung nakaraang bill ko. Normal pa sya . total adjustment nya P248 ( hooq +unli globe calls) pero nung pinadeactivate ko ung HOOQ na worth 149. ang total adjustment nlng is 99 sa current bill ko. Bat naging ganyan na computation ng bill namin? Hindi ba tlga saktong 1299 bill namin after mabayaran lahat ng installation fee itc.? Bill no. 5 at 6 normal nman. Update: Naabot namin ang 100gb at bumagsak parn speed namin sa 0.18mbps to 0.13mbps. Nireport ko na sa globe at gagawa daw cla ng system repair… Sana di na bumalik sa ganung speed. Base sa reply nila sakin throlled parn ang speed namin sa 30% or 3 mbps…. Oo tsaka lang matothrolled ung speed namin pag umabot n ng 100gb. Pero sobrang bagal na 256kbps nlng. Upon confirmation 100gb data allocation per month at 10mbps ang speed namin… Pero hindi cnabi kung ganu kabagal ung speed namin pag umabot na ng 100gb. Hinihintay ko pa reply nila. Naupgrade kc ung account ko 21th of the month at nareset ung data allocation ko hanggang kataposan kaya di namin naabot ung 100gb data. Tapos sumunod na month un na nag apply ung 256kbps nung naabot n namin un 100gb data pero 10mbps ang speed ng net namin hanggang umabot ng 100gb data. Ngaung october nasa 76GB data na kami pero 10mbps parn speed namin. Malamang pagkaabot ng 100 gb magiging 256kbps n nmn speed namin…

Naxperience ko rin yan last month kaya nagtatataka ako. Pagkaabot namin ng 100gb bigla nlng bumagsak sa 256kbps… tinawagan ko customer service nila pero wala cla matinong sagot….Ang pinagakaiba lng 10mbps ang speed namin hanggang maabot namin ang 100gb data pero nung naabot n namin ung 100gb bigla nmn bagsak ang speed namin sa 256kbps… Subscribe kami sa Dating LTE 1299 at nagpaupgrade kami sa Bagong LTE 1299 at ganyan n nga nangyari…

Kaya pala naging 200+kbps nlng speed nung patapos n ung month kc naka 100+ GB na kami. Akala ko throlled lng sya once ng 30% un pla bumagsak na speed namin…. Yan nba bagong FUP nila? Wala man lang pasabi at notification… Tumawag din ako at sabi nila throlled lng kc naabot n namin ung limit at cnabi ko dapat 30% lng bat 200kbps nlng pero wala cla matinong sagot. Yan pala ang dahilan 2loy2 pla nila tinithrolled ung speed…. Bwesit na globe 2.

Naupgrade na ung net namin sa 10mbps kahapon… Mabilis na. Naginternet speed test ako kanina at un more than 10mbps pa ung result.

Ok na po. Pwede daw magupgrade sa new LTE homebroadband 1299 at no charged daw… 5 working days daw hihintayin ko bago mamigrate ung account ko sa new plan.

Cnu na d2 ung nagavail ng upgrade sa bagong braodband plan ng globe? Ung dating LTE homebroadband nila na 1299 with 3mbps at 30gb data allocation ngaun 10mbps na at 50gb na. Meron daw kc prorated charged pag magaavail/upgrade sa new broadband plan… Anu ba ung prorated? One time payment ba un? Malaki ba bayaran sa prorated? Example ung samin kakapakabit palang nung June 9 LTE Globe Homebroadband 1299 with 3mbps at 30gb data allocation. Upon installation nagbayad na kami ng 1499 (1299+200) advance at activation daw. 1st bill (June 11 to July 5) P1490.80 (1500 binigay namin sa bayad center para wala n barya2 kinicredit nmn nila sa next bill namin) 2nd bill (July 6 to August 5) P1823.13 di pa kami nagbabayad kc sa august 26 pa nmn ang due date. Panu na magaaply ung Prorated charged na cnasabi nila para sa 3rd bill namin? One time payment ba un? At sa 3rd bill naba idadagdag? Panu computation nung prorated?

Pwede b ilipat ung sim ng router sa pocket wifi? Wala ba magiging problema pag binalik ulit sa router ung sim? Bka mabago kc settings at d na makaconnect… Usefull ito kung halimbawa walang kuryente ilipat lng sa pocket wifi ung sim sa router at may powerbank may net na ulit. Naisip ko narn kc na ilipat kaso nagaalangan ako baka pag nilipat ko mabago ung config. Nung router at d na ako makaconnect.. Ako naranasan ko narn ung ganyan 3mbps kami pero minsan pumapalo sa 15mbps…Pero hindi nmn nagtatagal ng isang araw… bumabalik din sa dating speed… mga 4x ko narn naranasan yan…

Wala kc nabanggit ung agent na pinagaplayan ko… ung mga installer na ang nagsabi na meron daw kami FREE 50gb for 3 months… ang nakalimutan ko tanongin kung panu maavail ung free HOOQ ng plan 1299 namin… panu kaya un?

Mali pala pagkaintindi ko sa cnabi ng agent na “Babagal po ng 30% pero makakakonek pa rin po kayo”. Akala ko mababawasan lng ng 30% ung original speed. Hehehe

5mbps ang speed less 30% pag naabot ung data allocation… so kung d ako nagkakamali 5 mbps x 30% =1.5mbps…. so ang speed nlng is 5 mbps – 1.5 mbps = 3.5 mbps nlng… tama ba?
